The operator loads the fabric roll onto the unwinding station, sets the inspection parameters through the HMI control panel, and the system handles the rest. Fabric is fed through the inspection zone at a constant, digitally controlled speed while the inspection unit highlights surface defects such as holes, stains, yarn breakage, weaving flaws, color shading, and contaminations. The same line then rewinds the inspected fabric onto a finished roll with consistent tension — ready for the next cutting, slitting, or packaging process.

Built on servo-driven unwinding, high-precision digital tension control, and PLC-based automation, the machine delivers consistent inspection quality on every meter of fabric, eliminating the variability and fatigue of manual visual inspection.
